Lisa Buckingham is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Lincoln Financial Group and she has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of human resources management. In October 2017, she was named HR Executive of the Year by HR Executive Magazine. In addition to all HR practices and policies for Lincoln Financial Group Lisa is also responsible for overseeing the corporation’s brand and enterprise communications, consumer insights and corporate social responsibility activities. She serves on a number of boards including the Eagles Charitable Foundation and she Chairs the Lincoln Foundation.
