David Burkus is a bestselling author, successful podcaster, and professor at Oral Roberts University who challenges traditional ways of conducting business. David’s previous book was The Myths of Creativity: The Truth About How Innovative Companies and People Generate Great Ideas. His most recent is Under New Management: How Leading Organizations are Upending Business as Usual. Both books encourage organizations to make significant changes to improve performance.
Stew spoke with David about Under New Management and the new practices being implemented worldwide.
